Proper hydration should definitely help with the dry mouth issue.

I've had good luck with dry-mouth toothpaste or mouthwash. I got some Biotene brand at the drugstore before surgery and used it for several weeks.

I have a travel size bottle my dental hygienist gave me that I have yet to try. I will give it a go tomorrow and see how it works out. If all goes well I will buy a larger bottle. Thank you for the recomendation.
