Nice work... great weight loss!

The last time I was roller skating ... I was wearing a Shawn Cassidy t-shirt, satin shorts, had a boom box, and was roller skate dancing to the Bee Gee's in the middle of the street.

I haven't been in a pair of roller skates since losing weight! I should do that with my kids again soon!
