VSG on 09/28/15

Ok so when I was a teenager in the 90s I loved roller skating. It was one of those things that I did on a regular basis with my friends. When I was 18 I moved by myself from Michigan to Tennessee and no longer really had time to go. As the years went on and my weight got higher and higher I thought it was just one of those things I would have to let go of and never do again.

Today I am proud to say that after 20 years I went skating again and not only did I skate well I didn't fall at all and I even out skated my 14 year old son! I am doing so many things with my kids that I had only dreamed about for so many years. Just another reason I am eternally grateful for my renewed lease on life!
