I lost my wife! Well, what she weighs.
As of today I have lost 148 pounds which is what my beautiful wife weighs. I am currently 164. It is hard to believe that in 11 months the two of us together weigh what I alone used to weigh. I do have a couple of goals in mind, two more pounds down and I will be 150 pound loss in less than 12 months. At 159 I will be normal! Well a normal bmi anyway. A final goal is 156 by the end of Travelher's weight loss challenge which ends October 1st. That 156 is literally 1/2 of the man I used to be.
Just for comparison, I used to wear a 3xl shirt snug or a 4xl. My pants were 40 worn below my stomach. Now I'm a medium or large shirt an 32 pants worn ON my stomach above my belly button! Where I used to wear my pants at requires 29 pants and a belt or I walk out of them.
You have done amazing! My first goal was weighing less than my slim 6'3" husband (170). I finally eat less than he does (and weigh 55 pounds less)

I was so excited when I lost what my daughter weighed (115lbs) that I took a picture of me holding her... you should TOTALLY do that with your wife! I love that picture, and it means the world to me to have it.
Congratulations on a job well done thus far!
