Today I'm resting after a hard day yesterday. I spent yesterday with my bff and we went for a 5+ mile walk and then I helped her with some house work. My hips haven't forgiven me yet!

Today I did pilates/barre class and 35 minutes of Les Mills BodyCombat.

RNY Surgery: 12/31/2013; 

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !

last night I swam for twenty minutes then jogged 3.5 miles (out four months).
