How do i get the surgery type and date to show up on my post?

I know the questions been asked many times before but when I follow the instructions given I just get "page not found! Return to home" message.

Welcome to OH. When you are adding your surgeon, surgery date and type be sure and click the primary box. This will enable it to show on your profile and when you post. If you need help, let me know.

My screen only shows down to where the "surgery type:" is with a box next to it that says "no surgery selected(I think that's what it says)". The box also has a link where if I want to input a surgery but when I click it I get that page not found message. I also get the message if I try clicking on "add surgery"...

I thought it might be just my old computer but I just got the same results from my android phone.

So glad someone posted this because I had been wondering the same thing!

But using the info above you were able to do it. I'm not able to. I don't believe I'm doing anything wrong. It's pretty straight forward...besides, I'm getting page not found messages. Obviously Kathy isn't seeing that the problems not fixed...

We have found with some ad blockers there can be display issues. You can try it on different browsers and see if it's being cut off. Again, I would be glad to assist you

I've tried it on computer and my phone...I don't know how to PM someone?
