I was horrified about 6 months in. I feel like at 10 months things have settled at bit. I will likely get a facelift down the line. I always looked younger and people still think i do, but I can see the aging in my skin and the jowls and eyebags bother me. a facelift will take care of the jowls and the bags under my eyes and the hooded lids. I actually talked to my dermatologist about botox in my forehead, but she informed me if she did it, I would not be able to see because I have to lift my forehead to see because my lids sit on my lash line.
She recommends any creams with glycolic acid to protect your skin from things like sun damage.

Wait a year. Use SPF always. Continue with moisturizer am and pm.
Take photos of your face, do not rely on what you see in the mirror. See if you are looking better over time. Facial aging depends a lot on sun exposure and genetics.
If you are still unhappy, see a Bd Cert Facial Plastic Surgeon for a consult. You may see good result with some eye work and a demapeel, and may not need a full face lift.
