Today (Friday) I am going to try my first pilates class ever. We have a no-barre, barre class, so I am hoping it is like that.
For whatever reason, I am super bloated today. Hopefully, it will help sweat it out.

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat
Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !
I was going to the gym 6 days a week, 3 weight lifting days and cardio on the other days either at the gym or outside walks with the dog.
I have literally been unable to walk for a month now but have continued to go to the gym and do leg stretches (have stopped those now) core or arms.
I'm waiting to see an orthopedic surgeon as it looks like I have Avascular Necrosis - basically my femur is dying from lack of blood flow to it. I'm looking at a new hip in my future.
So, here I am now on crutches getting a helluva arm work out on those things but I am still going to the gym 3x weekly to do arms and core. I will be DAMNED that I get this chance of a lifetime surgery 3 months ago and let some stupid rare condition bring me down. I get funny looks at first ...there's a chick on crutches in here look? and then nods ... there's a chick on crutches in here yeah look!
I might try swimming...just don't plan on giving up.
