A new appreciation for skinny women

First a clarification. I am happily married to my beautiful wife.

I've always found women with curves to be quite beautiful. When I was dating I always wanted to date bigger women but it never happened. A size 12 was the largest girl that I dated. I still find women with curves to be beautiful but vsg has brought a perspective on my part. I have a new found appreciation for skinny women. It actually surprises me.

I just found this interesting and thought that I would share. Has anyone else had similar appreciation?

IDK....I like them all...

but im hoping that Mr MeanOne develops the same feelings...

he has always appreciated a heavier woman and while I have retained plenty of curves I definitely feel like he misses at least some aspects of the old me.

Yeah... my hubby still loves me and finds me attractive, but admits he wouldn't be attracted to me if we met now... I had told him there was no chance I'd lose my butt, because I've ALWAYS been heavy on the bottom. Alas, I have a serious case of noassatall, and of course the bewbs have deflated.

He wouldn't want me to gain the weight back because he's more concerned about my health than having curves, but he really kinda misses some of the curves... :/

I'm hoping to shape the lower part up by getting into weight training, and will at some point have plastics for the poor bewbs. :)

I can't relate specifically, but I have found that I have a greater appreciation for people who exercise - people who are dedicated to showing up for fitness classes, people who run regularly, etc. Regardless of what they look like, I have a lot of respect for them now that I know how much goes into that dedication.

Me too! Exercise is a form of self love and self respect. One doesn't have to pump iron or run marathons either. But making sure you walk enough, fast enough to maintain your cardio vascular system and etc ...is self-respect.

I want others to love and respect me. So I have to love and respect myself first. And when I see a fit person, or even a person that is not fit but is working to improve the situation, I think "There is a person that has self-respect and self-love. I would like to get to know them."

Hm. I don't really agree with this and I dislike the concept that people aren't deserving of love unless they love themselves. I think we're all deserving of love and respect, regardless. You are worthy of love and respect even if/when you don't feel those things for yourself.

I definitely agree that exercise is a form of self-love/kindness - at least it is for me.

I can certainly agree with that.

Do you think your insecurities are making you feel this way? Like you were unworthy of how you looked before with women in general.

I never felt insecure before, perhaps I was and I never realized it. I just always found larger women more attractive. I never felt unworthy.
