Up early on my day off, went to the gym and did my 40 min of cardio followed with 3 reps of 12 on the arm circuit machines.
Came home planed my meals for the week and did some housework.
Hiked 4.6 miles with 33 and 25 min of slow jogging.
Age 61 5'4" Consult-6/2/15: 238 SW-8/4/15: 210 CW:145 (6/30/18) M1-16#, M2-17#, M3-14#, M4-10#, M5-6#, M6-5#, M7-1#, M8 -3# Range 133-138 DexaScan 4/16/17 19% body fat---- 2016 wt avg 142-146, 2017, wt. avg 132-136, 2018 avg weight 144-146 bounce back is real.

Monday was 2 hours fencing. Today is an hour of TRX.

My gym has a trx..never any classes. I think a trx class would be the bomb. People show up to body pump, so I think they woudl have to limit the number of people for the trx class since it is one of those freestanding swing set kind.

Our TRX classes at our Y are capped at 8 or 10 people. We havre 2 A-frames. In the session we are in right now there were six of us signed up but only 4 people regularly show. It is an amazing workout. I really love it.
