Thank you for sharing. Sending good thoughts your way.

You sharing this shows us ladies and men we need to take care of ourselves after surgery. A lot of my thinking thought I was healthy since I had the surgery.

We have to check our boobies. I have a friend from high school who is a male and he has stage three breast cancer. So men it can happen to you also.

I am 100% alive because of a mammogram. 10 years ago I had what you have plus 2 inches away from the invasive they found a 2nd one DCIS. I had a lumpectomy then radiation no chemo. Take the time you need to rest. The radiation was not bad but I was tired all the time for about 6 months. I was 41 years old. They told me to take my time with deciding about reconstruction I was DD and the cancer side went to a A/B I was lopsided. my husband didn't mind it said it was my battle scars. Last year for the 10yr anniversary I had reconstruction done I'm a full C and I LOVE IT. I have never been able to go braless in my life ( I was a D cup in middle school) now I don't ever want to wear a bra they stay put.

MAMMOGRAMS SAVE LIVES

I shout it every chance I get!!!
