'Right' and 'Wrong' ways ARGH!
People are idiots if they think that there is a "right" way and a wrong way. Even for us that have weight loss surgery, there is no real right or wrong way. Everyone has their triggers, everyone has the things that work specifically for them. As long as the weight comes off, the person is healthy and happy, then it is the right way. What works for one, doesn't always work for the other.
You have done an amazing job, and I know that you have worked very hard to get where you are, even if you didn't do it "the right way"! I hope you never let them actually get you down, because you don't deserve that.
Wait..I am confused. They didn't say you lost it the "wrong" way did they? Are they just failing to say you lost it the right way?
If they haven't said something along the lines that you lost it the wrong way, they probably believe the way you are going about it IS correct. You ARE doing it the right way. You are! You are eating better, smaller portions and taking vitamins right?
In comparison, here are some examples of losing weight the wrong way: 1) a drug habit, 2) a drinking habit, 3) a prescription medicine habit, 4) a famine/drought, 5) going for a really long run without your water and dehydrating yourself and 6) getting an eating disorder.
I think you are doing it the right way.
