Bicycled 42 miles. I was aiming for 60 LSD miles (long,slow distance). I got near my car and was weary. I layed on a picnic table and ate a protein/carb bar. Still couldn't didn't feel like riding. Loaded the bike in the car, and saw that it was 93 degrees. I guess that explains the lazy feeling. Glad I stopped early.

Runners are supposed to go slower in the hot weather. I assume the same for bikers. The summer time is really THE ONLY time I like the dreadmill. There is AC in the gym and the dreadmill has its own little fan.
