Glad you are on the mend
Today, I skipped the gym because the weather was so nice and WALKED 2 miles one way to william sonoma to buy a food scale.
So far, with the inspiration and sweat from these postings, I have managed to lose 2 of 12 lbs I gained from being laid up. Just 10 more to go!
