Hello my Dears!!

Since my surgery is tomorrow-I will be out for a bit-not online.

But PLEASE!! Keep moving! It is what keeps us healthy, happy and BEAUTIFUL inside and out!

Please keep me in your prayers-and will see you all on the other side, you know,...the losers bench!

45 Minutes of Step aerobics (lunch hour) and jogging/walking in 3 minute intervals each for 30 minutes at Joggers and Lagers (gotta earn that beer)!!

RNY Surgery: 12/31/2013; 

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !

Good luck with your surgery! Sending prayers (a day late; sorry I didn't see this thread yesterday. Hope it is going well).

Pre-Op Visit: Jan. 10, 2017, weight 304, surgeon: Dr. David Lindsay, St. Joe's, Toronto

1st Day of (3 weeks worth of) Optifast: Jan. 11, 2017

Surgery Date: Feb. 1st, 2017
