Atkins Lif****er

I am not a big fan of Atkins and that "zero net carbs" BS, but I was at our local discounted grocer and they had "Lift Protein Drink" 4 16oz bottles for $4.00. It is a clear liquid and has 20 grams of protein. I mixed 8oz with a cup of ice and 2oz of fresh "super foods" juice. It was tart and tasted pretty good.

I've never seen this, so I'll keep my eyes open. Lately I've been drinking the Premier Protein clear, and really like it. 16oz bottles are 90 calories and 20g of whey isolate protein. And they taste really yummy.
