Great tool that helped me get to goal and stay at goal! WLS Bucket List
We can use all the help we can get to achieve one of the hardest challenges in life, losing weight and keeping it off.
Several things I did looking back was key in my success and I hope by sharing it will help you too. I shared my never again tee shirt and another one was my WLS bucket list.
I kept the list on my desktop and viewed it and added to it daily. When times got tough and or I hit a speed bump it helped me, inspired me and I had my dreams front center.
I started out small with things like -
walking without having my left side go numb
cross my legs
not sweat like a pig
buy clothes at regular stores
fit in seats like amazement parks, movies, airplane
being able to have the tray go down on an airplane
ride a bike and on and on
Once I started crossing off items I got bold and started adding dreams
zip lining
hiking
kayaking
look like I did in my dreams. Did you ever notice when we dream about ourselves we are NEVER fat?
swim
do a 3k, 5k and half marathon
Try this, it will really, really help! Post it anywhere and everyone, view it daily, add to it. To look back at all the crossed off items is AMAZING!

Good strategy! I have a thousand incarnations in my dreams. Sometimes I dream of blowing up and splitting out of my pants. The psyche is a complex mechanism.
