Severe Pain - Need Advice

I hope you've called your surgeon and have been seen by a doctor by now.

I will say that I did have something vaguely similar to this at about the timeline you are describing. It was caused by severed nerves healing. I hope it something minor like that, but as everyone above has stated, I would not waste any time guessing and would go see the dr -- even at the ER immediately.
