I will be swimming in about an hour. I swim for 45 min, get out, read for 15 minutes, then back to work!

LOVE the pool, summertime is the best, 1970's music on the outdoor speakers, smells like coppertone, kids are laughing and splashing, Moms are all huddled under the shade watching their kidos and holding the babies.....just LOVE it!

I'm sweating my butt off trying to clean up my warehouse. It was a bit rough around the edges before vacation but dang it is really noticeable now.

The warehouse doesn't have a/c and I'm lifting 50-60 pound boxes chest to shoulder high. I'm also moving 700-800 pound racks that are on 4" casters. A working man's workout.
