Hi! I just had my vsg Monday the 10th! Before surgery, do your best to shrink your liver! It makes surgery easier for you and the doc! After surgery, walk, walk, walk! It will be painful, but it speeds healing. Get used to sipping now! Your goal is to sip 4 30 mls in 1 hour before you can leave the hospital. If you're in pain, tell them you want meds! Remember that you can do it! It's worth it!
