Many NSVs for me!
I took a 5 day trip to San Francisco this last week and went via airplane. I hadn't been on a plane since 1999, so not only was I able to sit in an airplane seat without too much discomfort, I was also able to cross my legs while in said seat! Considering I am 5'10" I didn't think that would be possible. While on the trip I walked about 40 miles total around the city and I even biked 10 miles. I haven't been on a bike in over a decade. I hurt all over, mainly because my physical therapist discovered my right quad is weaker than my left and it has been causing me issues, but also because while on the trip I fell over a guard rail, but my lack of coordination is another tale for another time. I'm just so surprised by all of the things I am able to do now that I wouldn't have been able to do a year or so ago because I lacked the physicality and fitness to do them.
Here's a picture of me on day 5 after biking to the Golden Gate Bridge. I call this the "I hurt so much" pose.

Wow, you look so happy and healthy and not in pain at all lol. It sounds like your trip was amazing fun. I'm so jealous; I'd love to cycle in that area.

I was walking up the hills on our first day there and I was barely out of breath most times. I kept saying, "I would have never been able to do this a year ago."
