I used it - they use a lot of house brands.

Overall, it was a good experience and the more fixes I got the better it got because my stylist got a better feel for what I liked.

In the end, I stopped though because I was losing weight too fast to make it worthwhile and cost effective. I think, during the losing phase something like Gwennie Bee makes a lot more sense when it comes to clothes.

I'd consider using Stitch Fix again once I've reached whatever my end goal is, but I don't think it makes sense to use it before that.

I used stitch fix, I got maybe 4 or 5. Unfortunately I never felt it was cost-effective unless I was going to keep the whole box, and then they give you a discount. So each box I only ended up keeping one item because I'd already paid $20 towards it. That being said I loved all the items I kept and they fit me really well, I didn't feel my boxes were getting better over time and my last box I felt was totally not what I wanted or asked for, so I decided to drop it. It was Christmas time I asked for something I could wear to a holiday party, and they sent me what I would consider a nice dress for work, not a dress for a party.

I certainly wouldn't do it while you're losing, it is worth a try. And yes they are house brands

I use Le Tote and I find it's way more affordable to rent vs buy. Le Tote gives you 2-4 pieces of clothing per box for a static monthly fee. You can change over the box as many (or few) times per month as you'd like and the shipping is free and fast.

I get 4 pieces per box for $59/mo and I can change up my sizes as needed. Everything ships priority and I get it in 2 days. They ship your new box as soon as your old one is scanned in at the post office.

The clothing is mid-grade quality, I'd say. I get a lot of work clothes that way. The downfall is, they only go up to a size 12 I believe.

Not sure I'm allowed to link it here, but you can Google and it will come up!

I do personal shopping for people so I would not use this service myself. Being a bargain hunter, I wouldn't personally want to pay full price with their profit on the pieces.

In the losing phase I was frequenting thrift stores as I was losing about 1 pant size a month. Didn't make sense to buy anything new unless I was totally just in love with it.

I've often thought that, once I reach whatever my final form is, it would be neat to work with a style consultant type person to figure out what I want my style to be. So I think it's cool that you're a personal shopper.
