Restriction Still There
So, I wanted something different.... Haven't had ham for quite some time, and since Grim is always singing its praises, decided I'd go for it. Got a nice ham steak and fried it up. Slathered on some spicy mustard and dug in to my four ounce portion. It was delicious.... until I had that "one bite too many". I knew I should stop... but it was sssooooo good.
Let me tell you, when your mind tells you to stop...STOP. I was in absolute misery for about an hour. Had the foamies, kept spitting up. Wanted to vomit so badly and couldn't. A.G.O.N.Y.
If you're ever wondering if you still have restriction..... have some ham!

I actually have had this happen with ham more than once. I hope you feel better!!

Ham is one of those foods that I limit myself to 3 ounces. After you've eaten 4 ounces, you know you've eaten. I definitely feel the restriction with ham.
Ugh. Sorry Mary.
But you really know why we are supposed to eat dense protein when something like this happens. There are things I can eat all day long, but sit down to a piece of ham, chicken, or steak, I get full quick, and stay full for a long time.

I'm so sorry that happened, the fosmies are the worst. We've all done at the old one by too many. In reality we still like food.
