Started the week off very well. Ended it with no walking and less water hence just a .2 weight

loss, so still at 272. I will admit eating cleaner gives me a clearer mind and a somewhat light feel. I like it I

like it a lot! Will renew and stay mindful. Still awaiting my therapy. Thank you Travelher!

I'm down 3 pounds, 166. I'm pretty happy about that! My total inches are 206.75. I'm always happy to see that stomach measurement go down.
