im down almost a pound. Some of the 3 pound vacation gain. Had some trouble tonight with kettle corn....don't regret it though...was sooo good. Damn popcorn is my kryptonite!

I see nothing wrong with eating a bit off plan within reason for special events or vacations.
Obviously I didn't go wild while camping but I did have 2 roasted marshmallows. I also had a couple of bratwurst (on different days) on Hawaiian sweet roll hot dog buns. Yes they are 140 calories and 24 carbs but when they were 70% of my carbs for the day it was no biggie. The big thing is to not continue that trend.

I will also want to continue with my aqua aerobics 2x weekly. Eliptical 3x weekly. Tone 2x weekly. Walk my dog 2x a day. Reduce my Na to 1500 or less daily and drink my two liter bottles with plain water and lemon and green tea and crystal lite in the second bottle. And finish them.
I also want to continue getting 30 grams of protein at each meal. I am doing these intermittently and am willing to do all these daily. And will call it The Forever Consistency Plan. Fortunately I can eat the same thing every day and not get bored. I must move more which I think is key, and now that I have a plan in place I will make a mental go of it along with my MFP. Oh and very important is to start seeing my Therapist. She is costly but I think it will be worth it. Hey thank you so much! ~Bonz~

While I was in NYC I lost 5 pounds in 5 days while eating 5-6 random and general unhealthy meals a day but that's mainly because I was walking 7-10 miles a day and going up and down 120 steps for the subway to else 4-6 times a day.
I am mostly losing as quickly now and don't want to get all worked up about it so my goal weight is 180lbs. Which is also the weight I need to be for my lower body plastic surgery. It's already scheduled for late September!
Because I left my man child/husband unsupervised for 2 weeks my house is a hot mess and needs my full attention. I will return to the gym (and the rowing machine) next Monday.

I'm sorry I suck at this....I think it's something about how the feed works because when I come on I have to dig to find the thread and I always get sidetracked.
I'm going to set an alarm on my phone...
