I need accountability and tips!
I weighed in at 186.8 this morning, size 12. I was down to 160 and size 6/8 pants and dresses after 1 year!
I am really struggling here! It feels just like it did before I had surgery, no matter what I tried I could not lose weight! I even paid for Weigh****chers for 4 months, weighed and measured, exercised, could not lose!
So if I do not lose then I will know something is really wrong! With this added weight my back is killing me daily, all day! I ran on the treadmill for the past two nights at high intensity for a minute, then slowed it down for a minute, etc. My back felt surprisingly better. Right now it is killing me! I need help!
