A pretty awesome week! I'm down to 158 and 202.75 inches! A "measly" 2 pounds from half of my starting weight. I do believe that I will get there before the end of the challenge.

My word what are you people eating or not eating to lose so much??!! I believe we have less than a month for the challenge and I have not lost much... and this week i gained. I do like this challenge because I am more aware of what I am eating. I must...I don't know what I must do anymore. So for this week we are:

I eat balanced macros which means I eat 40% protein, 25-30%fat, 30-35% carbs
