Fit for fall weight loss challenge
My little stall broke this week. I'm down 2 pounds and 1.75 inches. I'm now 164 and 205. I've hit my inches goal of losing 80 inches from my chest, stomach, waist, biceps, thighs and calfs. I think that I will see if I can get to 202.5 by the end of the challenge. I'm really hoping to be 156 at the end because half the man I used to be sounds sooooo good in my head.
Okie-Dokie... I have been twittering since Friday. My trainer and I did my measurements for the first time in 24 months. I hadn't been ready before then. Here's a peek:
Top of the second pic down: Neck, chest, shoulders, waist, hips, bicep, thigh, calf.
So I added it all up again, and I've actually lost 50.75 inches. That 11 off my waist is the best!!!
This mornings weight: 160.1!
