This is for folks who want a little accountability in their lives. Either struggling with regain or wanting to stay on track though weight loss or maybe maintaining. Starting Today July 2 through October 1 Weigh in recording will be on Sundays.

I will also be tracking my own measurements chest-waist-hips at the start and the end.

I will also do start and finish photos and clothes sizes if you want to join.

Ill be maintaining a spreadsheet from start to finish which I will update with our weekly weigh ins.

My starting weight is 148. This means I've gained 2.5 lbs overnight! Not a surprise given I upped my water and salt big time yesterday in an effort to control my low blood pressure.

in maintenance so between 140-150 works. Maintaining Normal body fat is my goal. Current size is 4/6. 38/29/38.5 measurements.

my obligatory dress photo for this week....excuse the bad hair...am in South Carolina and it was damn hot here today! First time I have not complained about being cold in a long time.

Hi. I'm 154.8 this morning. Up a pound from Friday. But that could be fluids from surgery so I'm not all that concerned. My pre surgery measurements were 39-30-41, but I imagine that changed with the breast reduction. I'm a size 6/8 depending on the cut. I'd like to get to 142 by October.

I want to do this, but I don't have my weight or measurements just yet. I am 12 days out from plastics, and have pretty bad edema, but I will get on the scale first thing in the morning and get my measurements and update tomorrow.

OK, I don't feel so bad about being up this morning. I weighed in at 171.3, up from 169.8 on Friday...

My goal is 155 by challenge end. I may still be able to make 1 pound a week at this point, if I can keep the carb monster at bay. Damn gelato...

Well I think I will join. I quit my very active job on Thursday. I had lost about 7 pounds after 90 days. So, I don't want to gain any weight. In addition, I will be biking with my bike club, hiking and starting a running plan so I can do a local "Lightfest Run 8k" thru Hines Park in November. I will probably gain weight from the new exercise programs. Exercise increases my appetite substantially, but I do need to incorporate some aerobic exercise and increase muscles. Therefore, my goal is to get into the 120s. I weighed 133.6 two days ago and 136 this morning with no difference in food choices. So I think I am going to log my starting weight as 135 and my goal weight as 127. I would be very happy to remain where I am or go to 130, but my goal will be 127. I have been working on reducing or eliminating the two foods with whom I do daily battle. When I take the offending items out of the house, I just find something else to eat, or increase the serving size of healthy foods. duh..
