Air fryer? Can you recommend a good one? Small?

Kathy reminded meet that I may "NEED" something after all, to get during Amazon prime day.

I was thinking about air fryer. Not sure how I would use it.. Since I really don't mind frying me food in ghee or coconut oil.

But... Crispy fries may be nice? Sweet potato fries, if any one wonders. I can eat a few of those work some proteins.

Or wings. Love me some wings.

The fair is in town for the next ten days. I'm going to have a couple bites of a deep fried Reese's Cup. I tried it last year, and have been counting the days until they come back

Don't remind me Grim. I get to sell food for the next two days a mere 10 feet from the fried dough stand. It sounds like my own personal kind of hell.

Reese's Cups are one of those foods I may never be able to eat again. If I do you might find me in a closet somewhere with a whole bag of them. I miss that sugary, peanutty goodness!

Glad we don't get the fair close to us.

FYI last night I introduced to Keith my latest: rice/nut crackers with butter... You take the hard salty crackers and use the spreadable butter (I make) instead of a dip. One cracker can scoop app 1 tsp of butter. Between the 2 of us we ate some butter...lol... probably 3 oz of butter for each of us... butter... yumm...

( I make the spreadable butter using 8 oz of butter (Kerry gold) to 4 oz of avocado oil- and add sea salt. )

Good fat - like good quality butter is great tasting, is great for the body, and great to satisfy the appetite. Some vitamins need fat - like butter or other great fats too help with vitamins and minerals.

Fat does not make you fat, carbs do that.
