Yeesh! Some people have no filter. Our neighbors nanny screamed when she saw me and said "omg you got skinny!!!!" I told my husband and he said " it's better than what she said to me..." she told him "Stu, you got fat!"

Does he know about your surgery - cuz if not a lot of people think big weight loss = cancer ...

Yep, he's aware of the surgery. He just tends to say whatever is on his mind. To a fault.

It was inappropriate (so I will not defend his statement).

One thing I noticed is that when I was losing weight, my face looked drawn. Like I was sick with a disease.

Once I reached goal, my face regained some fullness.

Maybe that is what he is noticing?

HAHAHA, ok, I had to come back and post an update, because it's almost unbelievable!

So yesterday, I'm sitting in my office, and my boss' WIFE (she also works there) comes up to me to and says "Hi, haven't seen you in awhile", so we exchange a few pleasantries. Then she says "You look like you've gained some weight back." I am not kidding you. What is it with these people?!?!

I just laughed and said "nope, been the same weight give or take a few pounds since December"

She added "well, you look really good, you've filled in a bit and look really healthy"

Anyway, I know they mean well, they are very supportive people when it comes to things like health. Just amazes me.....
