Food Pushers

I am late to this party but just had to comment. My family and friends (ones that were WLS friendly) were pretty cool about this. But work? This was a BIG challenge. We would go out for lunch a lot and the food was flowing like the Mississippi river. I found they often were hurt or reacted as you shared you experienced.

UNTIL...... I said/explained I didn't want and ruin it for everyone else. Yep, they never asked me to eat, participate in the office pass the donut plate please again. And they even were more thoughtful when we went out making sure we went to someplace that was WLS friendly for me.

So even though I know I may not every time it worked like a charm. Try it, it may work for you!
