This is WereYorkie... Haven't been here in a while and when I tried to get back into my account, I forgot my password. ~sigh~
I am now two years post op (May 11, 2015). A lot has happened health-wise (Nothing related to the surgery.) but thanks to my weight loss, I am better able to handle what I've had to deal with.
Now... for the veterans.... HOW do you deal with burn out? I still have about another 15 pounds to lose. I've been holding steady between 177 to 181 and I can't seem to break this plateau. I still range in the 850-1000 calories daily. Low carb. But it's like my body says, "NNNNOPE!" I am PCOS so I have know that's part of the issue, but darn it! I need to lose this weight for the plastic surgeon.

What, exactly, are you eating? Will you share a meal plan or two with us so we can troubleshoot? Are you weighing and logging everything you put in your mouth?
How much liquid are you getting each day?
What are you doing for exercise?

TOTAL: 149 Calories, 5.86 fat, 3.10 net carb, 15.66 Protein
DINNER--
- 2.2 oz Roast Chicken
- 2 oz Homemade Greek Salad
TOTAL: 195 calories, 11.71 fat, 3 net carb, 17.86 Protein
SNACK---
- Decaf Americano
- 1 packet Sweetleaf Stevia
- 5 oz Premier Protein Vanilla
TOTAL: 68 calories, 1.36 fat, 3.36 net carb, 13.65 Protein
GRAND TOTAL: 739 calories, 44.47 fat, 13.19 Net Carb, 63.13 Protein
Liquid: 90-120 ounces
Exercise during the week includes UJam, Swimming (lap pool), treadmill, weight circuit.
