just got my Dexa scan results and was floored! In just under 3 months I have gone from obese body fat to healthy/normal! She told me to ignore BMI. From a body fat standpoint I am healthy!
Also, I lost 20lbs and retained my lean weight. The scan technition was excited and asked if she could use my scan on her website. Shows that my calorie/protein levels are perfect.
