So proud!!!!
I am still in Pre-op and started tracking my intake on myfitness pal June 8th. Have had some setbacks but have kept pushing thru and got back on track every time. It is with great happiness I announce that as of today i have lost a whopping 6lbs!!! I know to some this is not a lot but for me this is incredibly awesome.
Congratulations! I am doing the same thing and am at a seven pound loss in three weeks.
It's hard but it feels so good.
Keep up the good work!

Way to go; that's great!
My uncle likes to measure my weight in potatoes so I'll do the same; you're dropped a 5 Lb bag of potatoes and some loose potatoes. That's a lot of potatoes to lose :-).
If anyone tries to tell you 6 Lbs is not a lot, get them to carry those potatoes around and see how quickly they change their mind, lol.
