Hi. I'm not doing any better. 4 days still in the hospital. I have a tube draining the abcess. My surgeon made an error during the rny procedure and the probe went through my bowel. So that leak caused the abcess to form and all the pain I've been having. I can do finally swallow things now. But I've been put back to clear liquids. My BP is 88/65 and my heart rate is 137-140. So they won't let me out until its regular. Also found out I'm allergic to dilaudid the hard way. I'm just hoping to get better now lol.

I'm so sorry you went through this; sending prayers your way.

The protein drink looks yummy; does it have good stats?

I haven't heard of it. I see on your thing that you're an RNY person. Check to see if it's Whey Isolate or Concentrate. Isolate is the best for RNY absorption--that way you'll get the most bang for your buck. Concentrate doesn't absorb as well, so you won't get the full protein as advertised. If you try it, let us know how it is!
