What a neat idea. I remind myself every meal where I came from because I have my before picture plastered on the door of the frig. Do I really need that extra Snacks? Most times the reminder helps.

That's a nice idea. But I'd be afraid people might think it was strange if I walked around with your picture on my shirt.
