I am very anti-woo. I used to be super woo. I'm reformed woo.
Me too; I thought she was asking if we encourage eachother by saying things like "woohoo"!
Then I wondered if she was a sims player, where woohoo means something totally different.
Finally I remembered wooing meant charming/enticing someone into dating.
Yes, I have too much time on my hands today, lol.

I was against fad diets before surgery and I am still against fad diets after surgery. I see a lot of my friends on diets like low-carb, keto, paleo, etc. and I just think, they are all fad diets. In the long run they will not work. I do not count my carb intake, I'm not strict about my calorie intake and I am also not stressing myself out and becoming obsessive about it. If I start being hyper-focused on everything I eat, my eating disorder starts to get out of control. I know what my trigger foods are so I just do my best to avoid them, only eat 3 meals a day, get my water in, and exercise.
