Hair concerns, should I get rid of it all?

I love my new stomach but sometimes I do wi**** would let in more once in awhile! I'm going to try and just sneak in another premier protein, but I am going to have to set an alarm to remind me lol, or I will never get it in. If I don't have little alarms going off on my phone I wouldn't even really eat. I've filled out all of MFP for the next couple days to include a second premier protein drink in my menus, with a second in my current menu I will be at 97grams of protein which is awesome.

What are the gelatin capsules? I have never seen or used anything like them aside from the capsule from something like advil.

I can not imagine forgetting to eat! Or, like Erin, having trouble eating 700 calories. I think you guys are really lucky to be reacting to surgery that way!

Everyone seems to be different. Honestly I wish I would feel hungry right now, it would be easier to remember to eat for sure. If I don't set little reminders for myself I will just not eat.

No!! Do not ever wish for hunger!! Once that genie is out of the bottle, it does not go back in. Make sure you are getting your protein in, but otherwise, relax.

I have been starving since day 1 and am now almost 8 years out. It's hard to deal with.

The struggle is so real!!

Why did my surgeon not give me that "magic" surgery I hear so much about??!!??!!??

This comic is my life :P

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I was hoping against hope that I would be one of those few lucky people whose hunger never comes back. Nope. It would have made post-op life SO much easier!!!

We had our surgeries around the same time and I get in 80-95g of protein consistently now with only 600-700 calories. That's with one shake per day plus 3 meals and a snack or two. I'm actively trying right now to increase my calories (which is hard). I am about 13lbs from goal and going to way overshoot it if I can't add more!
