WLS Presentation NSV

Today I went to a WLS presentation with my niece as she is thinking about surgery. She was impressed with my care at Ohio Health and I had a great experience so I welcomed this as well. Session started at 9a and the Dr walked in shortly before 9a, set his area up and then came over and asked me if I would talk at the end. I accepted his offer.

So today for about 10 minutes at the end of his session I spoke to the 40+ attendants and shared my experience with weight loss. I was honored to do this and he said I did really well and he was going to put me on the speaking list to help more often.

I do this with pre-op groups almost every month. I love it!!

That's awesome! I would love to talk to the WLS groups at my program...alas, it's 2 hours away so no can do

Daniel, I was in the audience for your presentation!!! You provided great information and most of all inspiration - you look great!! Your story about Disney World was so familiar to me. I just returned from Las Vegas and I ended up needing to ride around on one of those scooters because the back pain from walking was just too much. I missed out on so many fun things because of my limited mobility, and I am only 35 years old!! I have started the process for surgery and I really felt comfortable with the care that they seem to provide at Ohio Health. Thanks so much for sharing your story with everyone. I wish you well in your continued journey of health and happiness!!
