So close to Onederland!
I am getting so antsy! I'm only 5 pounds away from 2 big milestones--losing 100 pounds since surgery, AND finally making it to Onederland (199 lbs). I'm also 30 pounds away from my initial goal. I'm happy with my progress, but I swear it seems these next 5 pounds are going to take forever! lol
I'm losing about 2 pounds per week, and I knew I would eventually get to this point where it comes off much slower. But I'm not complaining, I'm down over 155 pounds overall!
Loving my change to the ketogenic lifestyle as well. I never feel hungry or deprived, and I'm loving the things I get to eat without the guilt heaped on me during my entire life of "low fat is required" diets.
Can't wait until I actually get to announce I've made those next goals!!
Thanks, Marina! I swear 3 weeks seems like 3 years right now hahaha
I totally understand the 3wks seems like 3yrs, I'm 3wks away from starting my pre op diet. I'm sure it will pass quickly but some days it feels like time is standing still.
I can and I will
WATCH ME!
Huge milestone! You are doing fantastic - keep on doing what works for you. It does slow down, but that makes it more real I think.
Even at almost 4 years out, I still wake up some mornings expecting to see my old obese body in the mirror. It takes some getting used to - but where you are right now in this moment? That is the good stuff. Enjoy it!
