Are you a personal injury attorney?
"What you eat in private, you wear in public." --- Kat
Went from working as a Legal Assistant for many years......to an insurance Claims Adjuster.
I worked for two very reputable attorneys who handled accident cases.....serious accidents with serious consequences. Was very proud to work with them. But I'd see so many other attorneys take what I considered "fake" cases...where the damage/injuries/treatment were the same for every client: Damage: fender bender with less than $300 in damage to the car. Injuries: soft tissue. Treatment: E/R, MRI and , and months of chiropractic care for every single person in the car. Demand to Insurance: Usually in the area of 10K. And I do acknowledge that people can sustain serious injuries in a minor accident..... but not 98% of the time.
After the attorneys I worked with retired, I switched to the insurance field. The insurance company I worked for was excellent in paying out claims...and would always let customers/claimants know they were entitled to claims...but they did not want to pay out 10K for accidents described above.
