122.4 Pounds Lost (Visual)

I have lost 122.4 pounds on my journey so far. 84.8 prior to surgery and 37.6 so far after surgery. That is the equivalent to my 10 year old niece (85 pounds), and my 2 year old niece (37.4 pounds).

This is me holding / lifting both of them. They were heavy...lol...hard to believe I carried all of that weight with me everywhere I went.

Isn't that crazy? I whine when my trainer hands me 7 lb barbells for squats and lunges--never mind that I carried around 24 of those barbells all the time for many, many years!
