Thank you for your wonderful post, I hope lots of people read this and realize that hard work and dedication pays off. I love your first point of "maximize" your honeymoon period, this is so true because as you know maintenance is so hard!

At nearly 3 years post-op, I endorse every single one of your "tips" to other WLS patients. Those have been the tools I've also found most helpful. I don't know why the significance of those behaviors / tools and the need to use them consistently aren't more obvious to all WLS patients.
