HELP
If you are taking your vitamins, a week or 2 of just meat won't kill you.
I have my veggies as "snacks" between meat meals. Eating just meat at meals and veggies in between works better for me.
If you aren't getting results eating how you are eating, trying something different won't hurt and might be what you need.

You're eating a ton of slider foods and carbs - they might be "natural" and better than processed options, but they're still not dense protein.
Truly stick to dense protein for a week and see what happens.

Ditch the protein drinks and cottage cheese; liquid won't keep you full, and it's no wonder you're hungry again quickly.
Your banana-cashew snack is FAR too high in sugar and carbs, and too low in protein, to be a good choice. Our foods should ideally be 10g protein per 100 calories. If you want something cold, try freezing some Greek yogurt.
Nuts like almonds (and almond butter) are too high in calories and fat for the amount of protein. Most folks don't eat nuts at all until maintenance, if at all.
Fruit should be almost completely off the table while losing. Apples, blueberries (even 1 tbsp, which is, what, three blueberries at most??), bananas? Nope.
Your meal of grilled chicken and green beans is spot-on, and cheese is a great snack. Stick to food like that and you'll be far more satisfied.

Are you on a PPI? Hunger could be excess acid.
Hunger could also be carb withdrawal.
In addition to what Gwen said, eat by the clock. Set times, every day. No eating in between. Remember -- hunger is not an emergency.

I love this! 'hunger is not an emergency' will def write this one on a motivational board
Yes on PPI daily.
My schedule basically forbids eating at same time every day and has even b4 surgery.
And I eat every 3 to 4 hours because i'm insulin resistant, have hypothyroidism, and yes hyperthyroidism, metabolic syndrome x, pcod and you name it to not only prevent weight loss but I have highs and lows usually Lowe's where I pass out. So I have to make sure that I keep it level and that requires me to eat at least every 3 or 4 hours but I eat extremely small portions much smaller than we're supposed to so I don't go over the calorie intake. Just stuck and don't know how to get it moving

There's no such thing as "good carbs" during the weight-loss phase. Carbs are carbs.
In your "day 1" menu, I count about 45g carbs. Many folks try to stay below 25g to optimize weight loss, so even your "low carb" day is still too high.
