It seems that gravity has had an effect here (there)!! There is definitely a miscommunication between the pubic bone and its external padding. Then there's the lovely apron that hides it all!!! Yikes

hahahaha omg I got tears rolling down my face lol its an apron!!! dude but seriously, whats th suregery called thats going to get rid of that apron cause thats the one surgery I will DEFINITELY spring for lol

Hmmm which to choose?? To remove the skin and tighten the lower ab muscles, it' a tummy tuck. To just remove the "apron" it's a panniculectomy

Does the tummy tuck remove the apron as well or its 2 different surgeries?

Tummy tuck or Abdominoplasty, takes all the skin and tightens the muscles all at once.

I think, I mean I won't know for sure but I think i'll be able to deal with my arms being a bit saggy instead of dealing with another surgery but most of my weight is in my stomach, that skin is going to HAVE to go. I have an apron from my previous 150# weight loss with Atkins, i can only imagine what it will be like after another 150 with WLS. Yikes!
