OK Ladies, grab your water, coffee and or tea and let's talk privates!
Yes you read that right privates... Those of us that have gone before you want to share and inform. When you start losing weight the changes your body goes through can be exciting and scary. I will never forget my shock at seeing a collar bone, arm pit and wait, wait is that a hip bone? But the one change that I never expected was our Pubis Mons area. 1 of 2 things may happen, you either lose fat everywhere but down there or you lose so much fat that when you walk you hear a flapping sound and keep looking behind you to see what is following you?
If you are fortunate enough to be able to get a tummy tuck this is something they can address at the time of your tummy tuck. There are some options if this really bothers you. They can do lipo and or a lift. The procedure is called Monsplasty (a procedure designed to reduce bulging of the mons).
Here are a couple of articles for me information.
Going to get a refill on my tea and if you feel comfortable, come on in and let's talk

Kathy S.,
You got a big hoot out of me! The flapping in the wind describes me, especially when I was still wearing my plus size panties.

When I first read your subject line, I read it as "grab your privates and let's talk water, coffee, and or tea."

As a super newbie, this is a part of my body that I wonder about how it will look in the future a lot.
I'm hoping it will significantly decrease is size. Pretty sure it's the part of my body that's got the most fat percentage on it since it's basically no muscle unlike my stomach or arms.
Fingers crossed it shrinks and that the excess skin isn't unbearable! Thanks for posting!
