Anyone get back into heels?
Yep, I have been back in my heels for months. My problem is I used to have them in 7.5 and 8. I gave away all my 7.5 because they didn't fit. I assumed my feet had grown...nope. I just got fat. Now my 8's are too big...I am even commuting by bus in heels. Which means a 15 minute walk on both ends...no issues.

I just laughed out loud for real that your feet didn't grow. What a realization! You're a hoot!!!
As I lost weight I bought some heels. And loved them. And wore them.
But my back and my SI joints hate them. So... Now I am back to some more or less flats or even wedges. But not too high. The 2-3 days long pain after a day in heels is not worth the fun of wearing them.

Sorry to hear they are still painful for you. Any kind of pain, back, SI, is really just frustrating, and not worth it.
Sounds like you can rock a small wedge sometimes, and there are some cute ones out there. Even most of those are painful for me right now... I'm wearing flat flat flat. Like "oh you're down there!" flats!
Hopefully by some miracle all your pain improves. :)
I wore heels at 350 pounds all the time. I just paid for it with a lot of pain.
Now I wear heels almost exclusively unless I am exercising. I love how they make my legs look and they don't hurt any more wearing sneakers. I got off looks sometimes in Wal-Mart or the grocery store but I don't care.
I can walk 5 miles shopping in heels with no issues. In the past my feet would hurt for 2 days.
I wear 3.5 or 4 in heels anything else is useless.
Wearing heels is a good goal to set!
