Been 20 YEARS since I have done this sort of thing-
I have gone from 250 to 219....Still Chubby, but as my Husband says, "no hunny, you are chubby less"

Today I got off the bus early, went produce shopping and walked 20 mins home carrying heavy veggie and fruit laden grocery bags, uphill most of the way....kinda wish I had my backpack though.
