You can do it, too! I imagine it's harder after having had a revision, but keep your mind in the game, and you'll get there!!

You're beautiful girl! Love that smile, it's like you're glowing inside & out. Your Dr looks friendly too. Love that you said to the other people to stop hoping that they'll dump on foods that they eat & to not eat it instead. I never dumped but I heard its horrible. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
Congratulations on your surgiversary & keep smiling. You have a lovely smile.

Thank you!!! I felt like I was glowing inside... it was pretty cool to put those pictures together and really look at them!
I think I was guilty of hoping that I'd dump... I'm not entirely positive that I wouldn't given enough sugar, because I haven't had more than a couple of bites at a time... But I do know it's better to just not eat it!

Pamela, where do I start... first CONGRATS HOTTIE!!
I am so damn PROUD of you, I wish I could convey how proud I am on an online post. Seriously you have done amazing. I love that you have stayed here on OH, helped support others and stuck around even when someone was calling you on stuff (ahem cough cough me! LOL)! Its takes a strong, confident woman to take feedback from people on OH and you did with grace and inner beauty. I love that, truly love that.
Thank you for the open, honest, though provoking post. I hope lots of newbies and or other struggling read this and reach out to you as you have done so incredible.
I look forward to what the next year has in store for you!
Keep being you Pamela, don't lose that sparkle in your eyes, you got this girl!

Alright then... so I think I just teared up a little
Some of you have become my little Internet family (even if they don't know it Ha!)... you're definitely one of them!!! One of these days I'm vacationing in the North-East just so I can come and meet you and everyone else that I need to meet (you'll have to travel from Canada with a few others! Hahaha)!
I hope I can stand the test of time, and be here years out like so many of you!!! OH is one of my new addictions, I can't leave now!
Thanks sweetie, those were some really nice things you had to say about me... I'm blushing
